Dear Paskin,

With reference to my note of the 5th instant I

regret that a stupid mistake has unaccountably crept into the final transcript of the Conclusions of the Interdepartmental Conference on Opium which was held

at the Home Office on the 19th December.

The words "with the" at the beginning of the last

line of Conclusion 2 should read "British".

Would you be so good as to correct the copies which

I have sent you.
